500 West Block Association is a group of residents, business owners, and neighbors of West Chelsea from 21st to 24th St between 10th Ave and The Hudson River. The block association was originally founded as a means of addressing a very specific trash and graffiti issue. It has since evolved to more generally promote the safety and general welfare of local residents and business owners and improve the quality of life in our community.

Board Members & Meetings.

The block association is run by volunteer board members who reside within the confines of the block association.
